LABtec fibre laser welding process
This results in high temperature resistance and stability of the material properties.
The fully welded diaphragm guarantees high temperature and vacuum resistance of the diaphragm seal.
The LABtec fibre laser welding process does not alter the material properties of the diaphragm body or the diaphragm foil. The special properties of special materials such as tantalum, Hastelloy, titanium or, for example, Monel, which are resistant to strong acids or corrosion, are fully retained even after the LABtec welding process. These are often used as diaphragm materials in the chemical industry, in maritime shipping or in other industrial applications.
