LTC diaphragm in diaphragm seal technology
Contents
The LTC diaphragm (LTC = Low Temperature Coefficient), developed in-house by Labom, compensates for temperature-induced volume expansion of the pressure-transmitting fluid using a stainless steel diaphragm. The mechanically robust stainless steel diaphragm, with a thickness of at least 0.1 mm, is positioned between two zero points via a special manufacturing process in such a way that it operates with virtually no residual force. As a result, the diaphragm absorbs volume changes in the fluid caused by temperature with virtually no feedback. Compared to conventional sinusoidal diaphragms, an LTC diaphragm can deliver up to 70 per cent higher measurement accuracy.

REconnect quick coupling device
With Labom's REconnect quick coupling device, diaphragm seal systems can be disconnected and reconnected safely and without leakage. This allows measuring devices to be replaced or calibrated without opening the process.
Diaphragm seal testing device: Testing diaphragm seals without opening the process
Labom’s diaphragm seal testing device enables the functional testing and calibration of diaphragm seals directly on the process system – without any
