Invasive temperature measurement

Connection technologies for temperature measurement

Temperature measurements are among the most common measurement tasks in pharmaceutical plants, used to monitor and control the production process as well as plant sterilisation using saturated steam (SIP).

  • Preferably electrical: In order to process measurement results and meet documentation requirements, electrical measuring devices are used almost exclusively
  • Invasive and robust: In the most common type of temperature measurement, a temperature-sensitive sensor is inserted invasively into the process. This measurement technology is robust and proven
  • Precise with a protective tube: A further development of the conventional immersion probe is hygienic, invasive measurement using an orbitally welded protective tube system – this technology is precise, seal-free and sterile
