Temperature

Measuring temperatures is probably the most common measurement task across all sectors of the process industry.  The classic method of temperature measurement is invasive. Bimetallic systems or gas-pressure-spring-measuring-systems are mainly used as dial thermometers. In the case of resistance thermometers, the measuring probe consisting of a Pt100 element and a protective sleeve is installed directly in the medium to be measured through a hole in the vessel or pipeline. Labom offers a non-invasive alternative for hygienic measurement on pipelines with the patented clamp-on solution.
